Previous page WOMEN'S RAIN JACKET WOMEN'S HIKING PANTS & SHORTS Next page
The material is great for hiking. It is light for packing into a backpack. The only problem is they run large(at least in my case) so be aware of this when ordering. These hiking pants are nice material and seem to be good quality. Unzipping is easy, the length unzipped to make shorts, hits me right above the knee, perfect length for me, and they are very comfortable. Wearing them as pants, they are slightly too long for me ( i'm 5'2" ). I bought 10 short, and even with hiking shoes on, they are a little too long, and sort of 'bunch' down by my shoes. I'm about 140 lbs, typically wear a size 8 or 10. The 10s fit very comfortable and have plenty of give/room, that I may even wear a belt with them. I have not worn them hiking yet, but they are nice pants, and I'm happy with the purchase.Love, Love, Love these pants! I have a hard time finding pants for hiking as I usually shop for them in thrift stores because of how expensive name brand ones can be. Not many people donate hiking pants. I got these as a birthday present and took them out for a test drive the day after I got them. Perfect fit for me. They were comfortable during the whole 5 mile hike. I plan to buy 1 more pair when I get another Amazon gift card. =)These pants are great overall. They fit well, zippers are easy to use, and nice material. My only complaint is the pockets. There are 4 of the, which is great, but the fabric is a non-breathable material that makes those areas so hot! In the heat, you can feel each one of them against your skin. It’s really unfortunate as the rest of the style is wonderful. It's a rare day I write a product review but these pants are amazing. First I'm 5ft 9in and pants are NEVER long enough for me. These were perfect length. They appear to be excellent quality and they look fantastic. I'm so happy!I'm not even sure where to begin. I started working in a place that can be cold in the beginning of the day or at least on the way in from the car to the business (Midwest winters!), but it gets really hot through the day. My bf also works there and just wears shorts under his pants, but unfortunately as a woman that's a little more difficult to do! Plus women's shorts are usually not work appropriate. So I began my long search of attempting to find some sort of lightweight cargo pant with a lot of deep pockets as well, and came across convertible pants. I was very excited but then I saw a bunch had hardly any pockets or absolutely none in the back, which was a definite no for me. I did buy a different pair, but they fit horribly on me, and almost looked like they should have been sold for men not women. But I came across these, and decided to try it one more time for a few reasons (one of them being the color I liked was called Fossil, and I love fossil hunting so I knew I couldn't pass them up). And I love them!My decision to buy them was first off the convertible part of the pant, and although I wish they had more pockets, I did have both front ones (deep enough to hold my LG G6 inside a wallet phone case), a side one (not deep enough for my phone, but still a good size for women's pants), and at least one back one (perfectly fits my phone!). But I also saw where you didn't have to take off your shoes in order to take the legs off to convert them, which would be perfect for me because I wouldn't waste the time at work running to the bathroom to do all that. I can stand at my press, print whatever I'm printing, and quickly take off a leg. Easy, quick, done. They are lightweight so any biting wind on the way into work is going to be freezing, but otherwise it's perfect for what I need. And lastly because I was a strange 90's child, I really like my boot cut pants and am not fond of the straight leg that seems to be in every single cargo or convertible pant I find. And while these are straight legged as well, because of where the zipper starts on the side I can unzip them a little bit and give myself that boot cut look. The shorts are a perfect length for being at work too, so no issues there. But they actually fit like a woman's pant should, they're comfy, snug, and I'm still sitting here with the tags on because I don't want to take them off! And yes, I know they look long, but once again that 90's side of me comes through where my pants have to touch if not drag the ground, so they are absolutely perfect. First chance I get I am definitely buying more in other colors! Probably even more in this color too if I can. Highly highly recommend them!I usually wear a size 12, so ordered a 10, 12, and 14 just to be sure one of them would fit. I figured a size up from my usual and a size down from my usual, surely one of them would be the right fit. They were all way too big! The size 10 looked more like a size 18. Its hard to imagine that the sizing could be that far off, but it really is. I'm sad about it because I love the look and style of these quick dry pants. I'd like to try on a pair that would fit. But, with the sizing that big, I wouldn't have a clue what size to order that would be right. I'm certain an 8 would still be too big for me because the 10 is many inches too big around the waist. Wish I knew what size to order to get it right. Maybe this company can re-examine their sizing and try to be more accurate so people can buy their stuff and have it fit.Fit well. Comfortable. Easy to zip/ unzip the pant legs. A touch long on me but I liked itBought these to do some bushwalking. They're lightweight, stretchy, but don't feel cheap or like my butt is going to explode out of them if I squat.Zip offs are easy and convenient.
