PROS:- Nice flat pockets, but roomy enough on the side for a cell phone, knife, tools, etc- Lightweight- Flattering look- The least wide-leg work pant I've found in the past 8 years!- Pet hair doesn't stick. This is huge for anyone that has cats or dogs or if you work with animals.- Rip-stop material holds up- After 9 months, no sign of fading yet- Little-to-no shrinkage- Available in short length, which is approx 30" inseam on larger sizes (size 16-18). Size 20 short seems like it has a 31" inseam My coworker said shirt length is shorter on size 2. She likes a long inseam & went with regular length despite being under 5'.- Velcro close pockets on the side, but not on the bum (thank goodness!)- Low-rise sits a bit higher than other brands & stylesCONS:- Velcro (Read below to see why this is a con to me)- Low-rise (great when you're thin)................Thankfully the only Velcro is on the flap for the side/thigh pockets. I'm not a fan as my cell doesn't fit fully in the side pocket so one portion ends up being tucked behind it (which works just fine) - but the piece of the Velcro that the flap would otherwise cover ends up grabbing at the material from my top when I'm wearing a uniform dress sweater. When I wear button-ups, the Velcro is NOT an issue and not even noticed. TBH, I'm thrilled that there's no Velcro on the back pockets (something I've run into on other work pants)!I found these pants to run true to size IMO. The 1st pair I bought was a size larger based on reviews I'd read. While I initially thought they fit fine & I do still wear them, I find they're bunched up in front because I have to belt them to stay up. It's not bad if you're shirt covers that part, but by going up a size, I ended up with longer pants which isn't helpful to me. After buying several pair in my actual size instead of sizing up, I have come to realize that what I initially thought was ok, really doesn't feel or look as good as the pants that are all my usual size. Do what's right for you :-)These pants are holding up beautifully. I have 4 pair in 3 colors despite my uniform only being olive drab green (ranger colors). I had the charcoal grey & wear those with my grey dress sweater for meetings.I bought a black pair to wear on vacation to Southern Florida in Dec & was absolutely thrilled with them. If I was still thin, I'd have bought the tan/caramel color. Being at my heaviest weight ever, I wasn't sure if the light color would be flattering & I didn't have time to chance the need to exchange them. The black pants were perfect for vacation. I wore them for travel, sightseeing & out to dinner. They're much lighter and cooler than denim plus look so much nicer.I'm 5'3", with a longer torso. I would love if these pants were a little shorter to start so I could wear them with very flat shoes. Since they're a teeny bit long, I wear them to work with safety toe shoes that keep them just off the ground. For vacation I wore a sandal with a 2½"heel.I love that these pants are not near as bulky or baggy as so many other tactical or work pants are. I've been through many brands and even tried men's Carhartt pants through a work contract. While I bought all these LA Gear pants on my own instead of through work, these are by far the most flattering work pants I've had in over 10 years. Now with that being said, these pants ARE low rise. If you've had other low-rise tactical pants, these may sit a bit higher than some, but lower than others. They're nowhere near midrise when compared to jeans & whatnot.I do wear a belt to help keep these in place, but at 170+ pounds and being over 45 y/o, I would not be thrilled having to tuck a shirt in, especially if it's clingy. I'm able to tuck in a cami or performance wear T-shirt under a polo or button up that I don't tuck in. I know not everyone can get away with that for work. Since I'm one of 2 females surrounded by a bunch of younger men at work, I wouldn't be comfortable with my pants gapping at the back when bending or squatting. If you're wearing a dark color shirt or it's long enough to tuck in loosely (w/o clinginess) you can get away with tucking it in & maybe not looking like you have a major muffin top.I don't need a high-waist, but would like these a tad higher since many of us use these for work and stretch, squat & bend frequently. The fabric of these pants does have a little bit of stretch to them throughout. That's great for movement, but without a belt they may feel like they're falling down a bit as your day goes on, even when they're the perfect size. With a belt, I don't notice an issue like that, but without a belt, both my size 2 coworker & I have had that issue.Overall, she & I love these pants. They're holding up beautifully. IDK about the lighter colors, but the dark green, dark grey & black haven't shown any stains yet. IDK if they're stain resistant or if I've just been lucky. I do believe they repel liquid though which would help prevent staining.Unlike a few other major brands of tactical pants, these pants are not so baggy that I have to hear swishing sounds as I walk. Nope, none of that. These are actually flattering! I never thought I'd find pants I wear as part of my uniform that I also like enough to wear in my personal life. While no pant is perfect and none will fit every body the same, these have been great. If you're on the fence, give them a try.I’m 5’6 138 lbs and I got the size 6. I wear size 6 and the pants that I get for work are kind of baggy with size 6. Fits as expected, I would say they run a little small but I wanted more fitted pants for work.Length: good for boots, a little short for tennis shoes overall goodStretch: doesn’t really stretchMaterial: lightweight, water resistant, feels nice on my skinSize: runs a little small but I wanted something more fitted. I can’t put my phone in my top pocket and sit down but that’s only because I wanted them tighter than my regular work pants.Overall: I like them, if they stretched more I’d love them, buy a size up if you want more pocket room or your actual size if you want them more fitted.Price: overall good, I feel like they are good material and will last without breaking the bank.Waist line is below the belly button, making it hard to keep my work polo tucked it. I love the pants. Wish the waist was taller because I can’t have plumbers crack at work. Buy 5.11’s instead. Pants run small, go up one or 2 sizes. Legs not tight. So lets get to the point. If you are like me and have a hard time finding EMS pants to fit your curvy figure this is the review for you. I have thunder thighs and wide hips but small waist and chest. I am 5'7" and weight about 240 pounds, I usually wear a size 14/16 in jeans (been fluctuating in weight). I listened to the reviews of women simular to my size and ordered up, I purchased an 18 and a 20. I am keeping the size 20. They fit my thighs perfectly, with extra room so I can squat and move without restriction. I have extra room in the waist but nothing a belt cant fix, I am used to waists being too large because I typically fit pants to my thighs anyway. So my recommendation would be order 2-3 sizes up if you are worried about your thighs or hips fitting. Sorry I did not post a picture, if I can edit my review later I will try and add one to the review. Hope this helps my curvy girls out! 4 stars because I am happy to finally have a womens pair of EMS pants but annoyed I need to order so many sizes larger to get them over my thighs, they really need to come out with stretchier pants for women who have an actual shape.I'm 5'2 and a fluffy 145. Typically wear an 8 comfortably. Ordered the 8 short. They fit perfectly except for the length which was way too short. I wear Danskos so to have these fall above my ankle bone when I sit is a no-go for me. I've ordered the regular 8 and hoping they fit better in the length.Other things to mention: They don't have much give in regards to stretchability and they were a little loose in the seat, but the waist fit was perfect so those two things didn't matter much to me.Let me start with the positive..Great material, seems that these would definitely be a great choice if you work in an active field of work. Pocket locations/velcro durability is great and should hold up very well. Now on to the not so great..There’s nothing more further than a “true to fit” size ya’ll. Better order two sizes up cause that word “stretch” in the description should actually say “May stretch at some point if you do some squats”Blessed in the rear? No ma’am these ain’t for you nor me. Nope. By the time you managed to to get them up- bum is either squeezed to the top or to the sides, resulting in a flat “almost had a bum” upper back flab or elongated bum/leg that you never even thought was possible. And low cut?? Low cut enough that you will have flashbacks to the days of your teens or before kids and a cesarean scar. So, I will not be purchasing this brand again.I have owned many tactical pants throughout my 23 year career. I hate heavy pants. These are not heavy. They are lightweight and fit me perfectly. I ordered my normal size. My favorite mention would be that they are low waisted which makes bending at the waist much easier and necessary in my field. Highly recommend! The pants are stretchable and comfortable. You can sit/run/exercise easily. I wish they were more high waist, but I think it's an issue with pretty much all tactical pants. I'm 168 tall, and the regular length I ordered was a bit short. So next time will definitely go for long. My hips about 98 cm and the size 8 ended up being big for me, especially at waist, but belt helps :) so I'm wearing them for work. Next time will take 6 long. I like the quality and would definitely recommend them. These are awesome! Lightweight true to size. Although I had some zipper issue the company gladly refunded me which I will be fixing the zipper and reordering another pair. These fit quite nicely, they have some spandex in them, which gives a little bit of shape. They dry fast when wet, we had a flash flood, I was drenched, these pants dried before the rest of my uniform.First time I ordered this product I waited for several weeks and then received an email that it was no longer available. I ordered it during Black Friday sales, so now I had to reorder the product sans-discount, and would receive the product much closer to the date I needed the item for. This didn't give me a lot of time if they didn't fit. Which, they didn't. Despite using the size guide these trousers were WAY smaller than expected. The fabric feels like wearing a plastic bag. Buyer beware. Was very pleased that they offered my size as I struggle being short and slim. They fit GREAT, seem well made so they should last and I have two more pairs coming
